To help women in midlife:

A simple three-step framework built on progressive strength training, protein-forward nutrition, and self-trust.

Midlife can change sleep, energy, recovery, cravings, confidence, and when your nervous system is already stretched, “just try harder” is the least helpful advice in the world.
My work is built around one simple concept:
Build proof, not perfection.
Proof that you can return.
Proof that you can follow through.
Proof that your body can change.
Proof that you can trust yourself again.




I'm a qualified Strength, Nutrition, and Mindset Coach, and a Certified Menopause Specialist with more than 30 years' experience in strength and performance.
My work comes from lived experience.
More than 30 years ago, I was an ambulance driver who made a decision: to become a UK Gladiator. Not because I felt ready, but because I chose to change the trajectory of my future, to do 'the work' and trust the process.
I didn’t do it alone. I invested in a coach who challenged me to raise my standards, I committed to a structured plan, and showed up consistently, even when motivation faded.
That decision taught me something I’ve carried ever since:
Confidence isn’t something you wait for, it’s something you build.
From performing as Gladiator Rio in the 90s TV show, to becoming a stuntwoman in the Hollywood film Gladiator, to a 15-year career in motorsport media and TV presenting, I’ve rebuilt myself through several different seasons of life, and the pattern never changes:
When you keep small promises to yourself, identity shifts, and confidence and strength follow.
That’s why I created My Midlife Muscle Method: to help women over 40 build strength, energy and self-trust with a method that supports you today, and keeps supporting you as life changes.
Years of performing in high-pressure environments taught me how to communicate simply, stay steady under pressure, and make the plan work in real life, not just on paper.
As a woman in my mid-50s, I care less about perfect plans, and more about the kind you can keep.
My Midlife Muscle Method (MMM)
is a grounded approach built on three pillars that work together:
Strength
Progressive, intelligent training that makes you genuinely stronger, not more exhausted. I’ll help you fit it into your own lifestyle and goals.
Nutrition
Protein-forward and flexible. No extremes, no punishment, no “all-or-nothing.” You don’t need to weigh food (or yourself) to get results you can trust.
Mindset
The foundation that stops self-sabotage and perfection loops, so you can follow through even when life gets busy (because it will).
This is where women stop chasing perfect and start building proof:

My goal is simple: to empower you to become the woman who keeps her promises to herself.
